Irish Wildlife Photography

The abundant and diverse world of Ireland's wildlife and nature

In late 1998 Mike decided to concentrate on capturing the beauty and diversity of Ireland's natural history with his camera. Since then he has worked on many varied subjects from the huge Irish Red Deer to our smallest butterflies and insects. As with all his work, Mike's main interest is to capture the true beauty of his subjects in their natural habitat and share this with others. The two books Mike has published of his nature images have both been highly acclaimed, with comments such as "superb", "wonderful" and "extraordinary" having been used by press and public alike to describe his images. Mike continues to add to his portfolio of Irish Nature images whenever possible and these galleries are just a small selection of his work which will be added to on an ongoing basis.
